Suprema Homes includes a 10-year structural warranty on the home at no charge to the Client. The details of this outstanding program are available to Clients when they purchase their home.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Suprema Homes includes a one-year limited workmanship warranty and assists clients with warranty claims for materials and equipment installed in the home by Suprema Homes. Because we install high-end equipment, those manufacturers generally have outstanding warranty coverage that is transferable to the homeowner.
