Ten Year Structural Warranty

Suprema Homes includes a 10 year structural warranty on the home at no charge to the Client. The details of this outstanding program are available to Clients when they purchase their home.

One Year Limited Warranty

Suprema Homes includes a one year limited workmanship warranty and assists Clients with warranty claims for materials and equipment that is installed in the home by Suprema Homes. Because we install high end equipment, those manufacturers generally have outstanding warranty coverage that is transferable to the homeowner.
