Being proactive despite very busy personal schedules made your build of the Sundance floor plan a success. Even though the build of your Sundance home was started in the dead of winter, because you stayed on top of the moisture control with heat and fans, we were able to move into drywall rather quickly. Congratulations on closing in well under 160 days!
The Sundance floor plan features a spacious design with a luxurious master suite, a large great room, an entertainer’s kitchen with a butler’s pantry, and ample storage, all enhanced by 9′ ceilings throughout.
