I am very sad to report that these folks can not build my home, due to my location. HOWEVER! Even after realizing this they stayed on a long and detailed phone call with me. They kindly offered many years of wisdom around the entire process of building a home. They gave wonderful advice. In addition, they spoke kindly and professionally of their direct competitors. That takes serious confidence in your product. While this is a relatively small interaction, I would work with these folks in a heartbeat! Positive Responsiveness, Professionalism
