We are currently in the middle phase of Suprema Homes building our home. The best part of working with Suprema so far has been how responsive they have been and how hands on with the project. This started day 1 as we were creating the plan for our home and has continued throughout the process. They are responsive to emails, provide handy info sheets we can refer back to, and have been patient with any questions I had. The Suprema team has also been active at the build site, and appear to have great relationships with their subcontractors as we were able to see when we all happened to be on site together. When we had an issue due to a window getting cracked during install, it was addressed right away with no hassle. We would recommend Suprema to others for their build.

You were a little nervous getting started because of a bad experience with another builder but once we were rolling you took charge of your responsibilities and worked so well with us. Starting the framing phase during a massive rain storm and roofing it during a freeze was challenging. But when you were notified it was critical to get heat in the home ASAP along with dehumidifiers your quick action had your Telluride home completely dry in a week and construction resumed with no problem. I’m pleased you could trust us and are very happy with your new home that was built within 160 days.
