Paul Fannin

General Manager/Principal

Paul has been in the construction industry since 1988. He began as an estimator and project manager for a national commercial roofing contractor. Beginning in 1995 he began working in Western Washington as a commercial roofing consultant. In 2015 he purchased interest in V&R Roofing, a commercial roofing company based out of Tacoma WA, before selling his shares in 2020.

As co-owner and managing partner of Suprema Homes, Paul uses his extensive experience in construction and business management to contribute toward a company that is geared to stay organized, while navigating the complex world of construction. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, biking, skiing and spending time with family.

Brendan Wenstad

Construction Manager/Principal

Brendan began his construction career in 1998 when he started framing houses in Minnesota. Shortly after moving to Washington in 2004 he channeled his knowledge of construction into project management of residential homes. Since then he has built an impressive reputation in the construction community as someone who can be trusted and who really cares about those he works with.

As co-owner and Head of Construction at Suprema Homes, he leverages his extensive experience to make your home building project seamless…leaving you with a high-quality home built on schedule. When he is not working he enjoys concerts, hunting, hiking, and cooking for family and friends.

Aaron Watson

Operations Manager

Aaron was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and loves it here. He is experienced in all aspects of business, project, and construction management and is heavily involved in technology solutions and software development. He has transformed companies into profit centers that accomplish the goals of stakeholders and enjoys creating a platform for growth. Working with others to build an organization and processes that contribute to success is what he loves. Since 2001, while doing the work he loves, Aaron has voluntarily assisted regional, national, and international organizations to manage construction projects, property maintenance, and to develop software that is essential to their goals. When he is not working, Aaron enjoys volunteer work, the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and time with his family.

Max Fannin

Home Consultant

Max is one of our professional home consultants. After spending several years in international construction volunteer work, we’re happy to have him at Suprema. Max enjoys getting to know those he works with and helping them reach their goals.

His strong work ethic and eye for detail makes him a valuable member of your home building team. On the weekends you’ll find him hiking, biking, and enjoying time with family and friends.
